部门概况

国际合作与交流(港澳台事务办公室),是学校执行涉外政策、协调国际及港澳台地区合作与交流事务的职能部门和办事机构。主要职能包括:引领学校国际化建设和涉外、涉港澳台交流合作事务;协调相关部门共同做好外籍教师、国际学生、港澳台学生管理服务工作。国际合作与交流处下设国际交流科、外专及留学生管理等两个科室,港澳台事务办公室下设港澳台事务科。

本单位致力于拓展并优化学校的教育国际合作资源,提升学校教育教学的国际化水平。通过积极开展澳大利亚昆士兰大学等世界高水平大学的合作,为学校国际化人才培养体系的建设、国际化师资队伍建设提供有力支持近年来,通过多种渠道累计派送教职工赴国(境)外交流学习逾200人次;累计派送学生赴国(境)外参加语言类交换(交流)项目、本科学分互认项目、本硕项目、汉语志愿者项目、带薪实习实践等项目逾3000人次。

本单位结合学校在教学、科研、社会服务等方面的实际需求,通过各种渠道引进优质的外籍教师,打造国际化的教师队伍现有专职外籍教师34人,服务于英语、日语、朝鲜语、阿拉伯语、泰语、法语、西班牙语、俄语、德语、葡萄牙语等10个语种的外语专业,及大学英语课程的教学同时在非外语学科聘用经外国专家局认定的外国高端人才A类)。为学校的教学科研水平长效提升,持续提供国际智力支持。

本单位通过与海外合作院校学生交换形式,广泛招收汉语进修项目(一学年/一学期)国际学生,积极开办国际暑期学校项目,招收来华30天以内的短期研学国际学生。同时通过向社会招生的方式,招收一定数量的具有良好汉语基础,整体素质优秀的学历留学生,就读于我校国际贸易(双语教学)、汉语国际教育等专业。截止目前,累计招收各类外国留学生逾300人次学校在地国际化氛围日渐浓厚。


Department Profile

Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office) is a functional department and administrative body of the university responsible for implementing foreign-related policies and coordinating cooperation and exchange affairs with foreign countries as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions. Its main responsibilities include: overseeing the university’s internationalization development and handling cooperation and exchange affairs with foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions; coordinating with relevant departments to manage and provide services for foreign teachers, international students, and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions. The Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges has two subordinate sections: the International Exchanges Section and the Foreign Experts and International Student Management Section. The Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office has the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Section.

The Office is committed to expanding and optimizing the university’s international education cooperation resources and enhancing the internationalization level of education and teaching. By actively carrying out cooperation with world-class universities such as the University of Queensland in Australia, it provides strong support for the construction of the university’s international talent training system and international teaching staff. In recent years, more than 200 faculty and staff members have been sent to study and exchange overseas through various channels. More than 3,000 students have been sent abroad to participate in programs including language exchange, undergraduate credit recognition, bachelor-master progression, Chinese language volunteer service, and paid internships.

Based on the university’s actual needs in teaching, research and social services, the Office introduces high-quality foreign teachers through multiple channels to build an international teaching team. At present, there are 34 full-time foreign teachers teaching 10 foreign language majors, including English, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Thai, French, Spanish, Russian, German and Portuguese, as well as college English courses. Meanwhile, high-level foreign talents (Category A) certified by the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs are employed in non-foreign language disciplines. To sustainably enhance the teaching and research capabilities of the university, providing continuous international intellectual support.

Through student exchange programs with overseas partner universities, the Office widely recruits international students for one-year or one-semester Chinese language study programs, and actively launches international summer schools to host short-term study tour international students for less than 30 days. In addition, a number of well-qualified international students with solid Chinese proficiency are recruited through open social enrollment to pursue degree programs in International Trade (bilingual) and Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. To date, the Office has recruited more than 300 international students of various types, and the on-campus international atmosphere has been increasingly enhanced.
