The arrangements of 2013 summer vacation are as follows:
1. The summer vacation for students will begin from July 16, 2013 to August 31, 2013. The new semester’s classes will start on Monday, September 2, 2013, and students are required to return and check in on Sunday, September 1, 2013.
2. The summer vacation for teachers and staff members will begin from July 18, 2013 to August 30, 2013. All teachers and staff members will return to work from Saturday, August 31, 2013.
3. Please note that the college will run as on normal workdays on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14.
4. Please ensure the work of final exams or other related tasks by the end of this semester, as notified by the Teaching Affairs Division, and prepare for the work of teaching or other related responsibilities for next semester.
5. Please arrange on-duty personnel during the summer vacation if needed, and submit duty lists to Ms. Mao Zhijuan of the College Office to be published on the website.
6. If deemed necessary, the units responsible for working tasks during the summer vacation can set a flexible timetable of work and rest with the direct approval of the college leaders concerned.
