亲爱的同学们： 大家下午好！ 很高兴应邀出席“慕尼黑外交峰会”开幕式。我谨代表中华人民共和国驻慕尼黑总领事馆，对峰会的召开表示祝贺！
Dear fellow students, Good afternoon! It's a pleasure to be here at the opening ceremony of “the Munich Diplomacy Summit”. On behalf of the Chinese Consulate General in Munich, I wish to congratulate you on the convening of the Summit!
很高兴看到这么多年轻学子关心全球议题以及中国在应对这些议题中发挥的作用。本次峰会的主题是“塑造明天的纽带——弥合分歧，共建未来”。这一主题关乎人类的和平、安全、发展与进步，在动荡与变革交织的时代尤为重要。 我们应当建设一个什么样的世界？如何建设这个世界、创造人类美好的未来？对这一深刻的时代命题，中国的答案是推动构建人类命运共同体。
It is heartening to see that so many young students here care about global issues and China's role in addressing them. The theme of the summit is “Ties that Shape Tomorrow-Bridging Differences, Building Futures”. In an era of rapid change and in a world marked by ongoing regional conflicts, this theme is of particular importance. It is of close relevance to peace, security, development and progress of the mankind. What kind of world should we build, and how should we build it? And how to create a bright future for the mankind? China’s answer to this fundamental question is that we should build a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.
2013年，习近平主席开创性提出构建人类命运共同体理念。如今，从共建“一带一路”倡议到全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议、全球治理倡议的落实，构建人类命运共同体的实践不断为世界和平与发展作出新的贡献，为动荡不安的世界注入了宝贵的稳定性和正能量，赢得了国际社会的广泛认可与欢迎。
President Xi Jinping initiated the vision of building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind in 2013. From the Belt and Road Initiative to the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative and the Global Governance Initiative, the practice of building a community with a shared future for mankind has been continuously making new contributions to global peace and development, and injecting valuable stability and positive energy into a world of chaos and turmoil and gaining widespread recognition and welcome from the international community.
2023年，习近平主席提出了全球文明倡议。全球文明倡议强调共同倡导尊重世界文明多样性，共同倡导弘扬和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的全人类共同价值，共同倡导重视文明传承和创新，共同倡导加强国际人文交流合作。这一倡议是中国推动文明对话与交流的重要努力，也对如何加强“塑造明天的纽带”这一问题给出了答案。
Here I wish to particularly mention the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2023. The GCI advocates the respect for the diversity of civilizations, advocates the common values of humanity, namely peace, development, fairness, justice, democracy, and freedom, advocates the importance of inheritance and innovation of civilizations, and advocates robust international people-to-people exchanges and cooperation. The Initiative represents a significant effort by China to advance dialogue and exchange among civilizations, and gives answer to the question-how to strengthen “the Ties that Shape Tomorrow-Bridging Differences, Building Futures”.
两年前，第78届联合国大会协商一致通过了中国等83个国家提出的决议，将每年6月10日设立为“文明对话国际日”。这是落实全球文明倡议的又一重要举措，反映了世界各国人民推进文明对话、促进人类进步的普遍愿望。
Two years ago, the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly adopted by consensus a resolution proposed by China and 82 other countries, designating June 10th of each year as the “International Day of Dialogue among Civilizations”. This represents another significant step in the implementation of the Global Civilization Initiative and reflects the shared aspiration of people around the world to advance dialogue among civilizations and promote human progress.
地球上有200多个国家和地区、2500多个民族。多样性和差异性是世界的基本特征，也是人类文明的魅力所在。我们彼此不同又各有千秋，因此可以互学互鉴、取长补短、共同进步。中华文明历来崇尚和而不同、求同存异、海纳百川、同舟共济。文化差异不应成为世界冲突的根源，而应成为人类进步的动力。从古丝绸之路的驼铃声到今日构建人类命运共同体的美好愿景，历史和现实不断证明，文明对话是和平的纽带、发展的动力、友谊的桥梁，文明的多样性使我们的地球村多姿多彩，充满活力。
Our planet is home to more than 200 countries and regions and over 2,500 ethnic groups. Diversity is a fundamental feature of the world and the charm of human civilization. We are different from one another, yet we each have our own distinct merits and strength, and thus can learn from each other, complement one another, and make progress together. In Chinese civilization, we always value harmony in diversity, seeking common ground while reserving differences, embracing inclusiveness, and pulling together in times of trouble. Cultural differences should not be the cause of global conflicts but rather a driving force for human progress. The existence of diverse civilizations makes our global village vibrant and full of life. From the camel bells along the ancient Silk Road to today's vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind, history and reality have repeatedly shown that dialogue among civilizations serve as a bond for peace, a driving force for development, and a bridge for friendship.
放眼全球，百年未有之大变局加速演进，人类再次站在历史的十字路口。中国愿为世界贡献智慧，展现新时代大国担当。
Looking across the globe, changes unseen in a century are rapidly unfolding, and humanity once again stands at a crossroads of history. China is willing to contribute its wisdom to the world and demonstrate the commitment of a major country in the new era.
亲爱的青年朋友们： 你们是不同文明、不同国家间桥梁建设者，是明天纽带的塑造者。我深信，你们将继续在促进深化文明互鉴、增进相互理解上发挥积极作用。总领馆也愿和你们一道，坚定做全球治理改革的“行动派”、可持续发展未来的塑造者以及世界和平与发展的贡献者。
Dear Young Friends, You are the bridge-builders of tomorrow. I have no doubt that you will continue playing an active role in fostering understanding among civilizations. The Chinese Consulate General stands ready to support you in becoming change makers in global governance, pioneers in sustainable development, and contributors to world peace and progress.
最后，我想提供两条信息：一是中国已对包括德国在内的多个国家实施免签政策，免签停留期为30日。二是中国还向包括德国在内的各国青年学生推出了“青年使者交流学习计划”项目，为各国青少年赴华交流参访并提升跨文化交流能力、增进各国青年间的相互认知和理解提供便利。希望大家用好上述利好政策，亲身去中国看看，了解一个更加真实、立体、全面的中国，进一步坚定同广大中国朋友共建未来的决心。 谢谢大家，预祝本次峰会圆满成功！
